By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Information

Bellezza Sanitary Ware operates within the Arab Republic of Egypt and provides sanitary ceramic products for residential and commercial use.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
The information provided is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and verification.

We may cancel orders in cases of:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Incomplete or incorrect customer information

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Payment is processed securely via certified third-party payment gateways.
We do not store or have access to card details.

In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, Bellezza reserves the right to suspend future transactions until resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is currently available only within Cairo, Giza, Damietta, and Dakahlia.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions.
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.

Once the delivery receipt is signed, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the product in good condition.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic sanitary products:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted after installation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items are subject to inspection before approval.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation by qualified technicians.
Bellezza is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bellezza shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Installation errors
Post-delivery handling damage
Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, branding, and designs are the exclusive property of Bellezza and may not be reproduced without written consent.
