Refund & Return Policy

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic sanitary products, the following conditions apply:

• Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted after installation.

• Any damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• In exchange cases (without manufacturing defects), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

• All returned items are subject to inspection and approval.

In case of a verified manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced after inspection
