Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bellezza, we currently provide delivery services within the following governorates in Egypt only:

We do not offer shipping outside these areas at this time.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Our team will contact the customer to confirm delivery details before dispatch.
Delivery is carried out either by our company representative or a contracted shipping partner.
Due to the fragile nature of our ceramic sanitary products, all items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
Customers must inspect the product carefully upon delivery before signing the receipt.
If a delivery is refused without a clear product defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
